CDC Junior Evolution Tour – Evolution Age Bracket

Open to Players 23 and Younger

The CDC Evolution Tour serves as a bridge from the Junior Tour to the Main CDC Tour with a focus on training players to consistently perform at their best. Our single-elimination format helps players work on the mental preparedness and pressure-finishing skills that are necessary to be successful in professional darts events and the monetary rewards are higher than on the Junior Tour.

Tournament Information

Round Robin Tournament Groups
Players will be drawn into round-robin groups with Junior-aged (13-17*) and Evolution-aged (18-23*) players competing together. Evolution-aged players will be seeded into each group for fairness of competition.
Round-robin matches are five legs (must play all legs).
At the conclusion of the round-robin, the top performers from each age bracket will be drawn into separate knockout brackets.

*In order to compete in the CDC Junior Evolution Tour as an Evolution player, the player must be 23 or under as of January 4, 2024

At the conclusion of the 2024 Junior Evolution Tour:

The top two players from the United States in the Evolution age bracket will earn a berth in the PDC Winmau World Youth Championship with the preliminary rounds played in Wigan, UK on October 14, 2024.
The top two players from Canada the in the Evolution age bracket will earn a berth in the PDC Winmau World Youth Championship with the preliminary rounds played in Wigan, UK on October 14, 2024.

In addition, each Evolution and Junior knockout bracket will have a prize fund based on entries with a guaranteed minimum of $240 for each. (1st: $100 / 2nd: $80 / T4: $30)
