Official Rules – CDC x Winmau North American Darts Championship Giveaway

1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of
age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor
This contest is sponsored by the Championship Darts Corporation (CDC) and Winmau, in
partnership with affiliated event organizers.
3. How to Enter
To enter via Instagram:
1. Like the official contest post on @champdarts
2. Tag two friends in the comments (each separate comment with two friends = one entry)
3. Follow @champdarts and @winmauofficial
No purchase necessary. Limit: Unlimited entries per person, but each comment must contain two
different friends.
4. Entry Period
The contest begins on May 20, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 13, 2025.
Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
– Two (2) tickets to the CDC North American Darts Championship at Madison Square Garden in
New York City on Saturday, June 28, 2025
– Estimated Retail Value: $200 USD
Transportation, lodging, and other travel expenses are not included.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the contest deadline. The
draw will be conducted by CDC representatives within 3 days of contest close.
Winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 48
hours, a new winner may be selected.
7. Publicity & Permissions
By entering, you agree to allow the CDC and Winmau to use your name, likeness, and social media
handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants
release Instagram of all responsibility. Any attempt to tamper with the contest or violate the rules
may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the CDC.
The CDC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if unforeseen
circumstances occur.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected through the contest will be used solely for the purpose of
administering the contest and in accordance with CDC’s privacy policy
